COVID-19 Update: March 2020

As always, the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and the entire community are foremost in our minds. We want to share the steps we have taken regarding the emerging threat of COVID-19.

We have advised all our employees of the CDC guidelines that should be followed. Paramount among them is the message to stay at home if you are sick. This is for the health of our customers and employees, and for the safety of others. We regularly clean all public “touch” areas in M&M Hardware, and have increased the frequency considering the current situation.

If you wish to minimize in-person contact, we will be providing curb-side pickup at M&M Hardware starting Monday, 3/16. We strongly advise any customers who have recently been ill, or who are currently showing even mild symptoms to stay home and have a friend or family member pick up the order for you. If you are in an emergency situation and have no way to pick up an order, home delivery may be possible. Curb-side orders for M&M Hardware can be placed over the phone at 281-489-9355 Ext. 3, or via the internet by clicking here.

Additionally, Almeda Water Well customers who wish to limit contact can pay remotely via credit card or eCheck. Almeda Water Well’s service techs have the ability to run credit cards on-site with no face to face contact. Customers who pay by eCheck may contact our IT department at 281-489-9355 Ext. 7 or at IT@almedawaterwell.com for instructions on how to submit eCheck payments over the internet.

For 67 years, we have striven to be Houston’s premier well drilling contractor, and are committed to assuring the safety of our employees and customers so that we can continue to serve the community long after the COVID-19 virus is a distant memory.
